Eligibility
You are eligible to apply for a passport for a minor if:
• you are 15 years old or younger

Important Notice
When applying for a passport for a minor, both parents and the applicant must appear in person, at an Acceptance Office which in most cases is a Post Office, and obtain a sealed package.
Once the sealed package is obtained, it must be submitted to Peninsula Visa within two business days for expediting.
How it Works
Follow the steps below to expedite a Passport for a Minor.
Step 2.
Gather Documents

Appear at Post Office
Once you’ve completed the list of required documents, the minor and both parents will appear in person at a Post Office and obtain a sealed package.

Submit to Peninsula Visa
