International flights have resumed for fully vaccinated travelers. All unvaccinated travelers are not allowed entry with the exception of Pakistani nationals who have been unable to get vaccinated abroad, pregnant women and those coming into the country for medical purposes.

There is no testing requirement for fully vaccinated travellers.
All fully vaccinated travellers must present a printed or digital copy of a certified proof of vaccination showing their vaccination course was completed no less than 14 days before departure. Children under the age of 6 are exempt. Qualified Vaccines are: Pfizer (second dose), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria) - (second dose), Johnson & Johnson (first dose), Sinopharm (Beijing) (second dose), and Sputnik V (second dose).
All unvaccinated travellers aged 5 and above must hold a negative test. Accepted tests are a PCR test issued within 72 hours or a antigen test issued within 48 hours prior to departure.
All travellers must present a sworn statement of location of stay in Bolivia upon entry
