  • Eligibility

    You are eligible to apply for a first-time passport if:

    • You are applying for your first U.S. passport

    • Your previous passport was issued when you were under age 16

    • Your previous passport was issued more than 15 years ago

  • Important Notice

    When applying for a passport for the first time, you must appear in person, at an Acceptance Office which in most cases is a Post Office, and obtain a sealed package.

    Once the sealed package is obtained, it must be submitted to Peninsula Visa within two business days for expediting.
